TECUMSEH LODGE AND
McCAW CENTER
Like and yet unlike Sioux and Shawnee
Cabins, Tecumseh is similar. It
is large enough to accommodate 30 people in one area and 6 in the
leaders area. In the same
facility, the lodge has two restrooms, (no shower) electricity gas
heat. Included within the lodge is a kitchenette with stove,
refrigerator. This unit is
located just a short distance from the dining hall as well as the
swimming pool and activity areas.
Within the Tecumseh
Lodge building is “McCaw Center” training room. The room, which is a 20-foot by 20
foot has the capacity of 20 to 25 people for training or committee
meetings and has the accessibility to its own restroom. The training room is equipped with a
computer, which is NOT NORMALLY hooked up to the Internet. There is also a copy machine, phone
service, overhead projector, white boards and a presentation
easel. Attached are some
pictures showing internal & external views of both the Lodge and
the McCaw Center. The far right entrance is to the McCaw Center.
