Facilities - Trading Post/Health Lodge
Located just north of the McAllister Scouting Center is the Health Lodge building. This facility was built in 2005. The southern portion WAS the Trading Post/Scout Shop. As of October, 2018, the Trading Post is now located in the northwest corner of the McAllister Scouting Center.
The North Central Health Services Health Lodge occupies the northern portion of the building. The camp Health Officer operates out of this facility during summer camp programs. The Health Lodge is air-conditioned, and has facilities for basic medical care. This is also where all medications are stored during camp sessions - if a camper needs medication, it is issued to them on a dose-by-does basis by the camp health officer.
